Our Story
Built to Last.
We build things that last — relationships, trust, and quality work. Every project is personal, and we treat our clients' investments like our own. No shortcuts. No excuses. The job gets done right the first time.
Meet Jake
Jake Miller
Jake Miller founded Diamond Brothers Contracting in 2023, but he’d been on job sites long before that. He earned his degree in construction management from Wayne State College in Nebraska and spent the next several years in the field — first running concrete work as a superintendent, then managing full projects for Hausmann Construction. Nine years of that taught him what separates a good build from a headache: clear communication, tight schedules, and holding subs to the same standard he holds himself.
That’s the standard he brought to Diamond Brothers. Jake stays involved in every project, from the first walkthrough to the punch list. He carries OSHA 10 and 30 certifications and holds an Arkansas contractor’s license.
Outside of work, Jake and his family are rooted in Rogers. He has three kids — Henry, Scarlet, and Jack — and you’ll usually find him at one of their games or coaching from the sideline. Building things that last isn’t just how he runs a business. It’s how he shows up.
